For Students: The Path to Excellence

Punctuality: Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly. Late comers will be marked 'Late' and it will be mentioned in the almanac. Late comers should get a sign from class mentor, principal and correspondent if they continue to come late.
Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for CBSE Board/Annual Examinations. To inculcate this attendance regularity, the same rule is applicable for school terminal examinations also. If any medical emergency, medical certificate to be attached with leave form.
School Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and school functions. Hair must be neat and tidy; fancy hair styles and coloring are not allowed.
Digital Responsibility: Mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited on campus. Any device found will be confiscated for the duration of the term.
Discipline: Bullying, use of foul language, or damaging school property is a zero-tolerance offense and may lead to suspension. Students must maintain silence in corridors and classrooms.
Academic Integrity: Students must complete homework and assignments on time. Participation in co-curricular activities is encouraged. Students must prepare thoroughly for periodic assessments and terminal examinations. Any student found using unfair means during assessments will be awarded zero marks for the subject.

For Parents: Partners in Education

Communication: Please check the School Almanac/ class whatsapp group daily for circulars, homework, and teacher remarks.
Visiting Hours: Parents are not permitted to go directly to classrooms. To meet a teacher, please book an appointment during the designated PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting) or during visiting hours.
Fee Policy: School fees must be cleared by the 10th of every month/quarter. Late fees will be applicable thereafter.
Security: For the safety of the students, any change in the pickup routine or person must be communicated to the front desk in writing via the registered mobile number.
Health: Do not send children to school if they are suffering from contagious infections (e.g., Conjunctivitis, Chicken Pox). A medical certificate is required upon return.

For Teachers: The Mentors’ Mandate

Professionalism: Teachers must adhere to the school’s dress code and maintain a high standard of linguistic and behavioral etiquette.
Lesson Planning: Digital lesson plans must be updated weekly on the school portal, aligning with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023-24.
Inclusivity: Every teacher must ensure an inclusive classroom environment, paying special attention to all Children.
No Corporal Punishment: In strict accordance with CBSE and RTE guidelines, corporal punishment or mental harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden.
Confidentiality: Student data and academic records are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized personnel.

General Statutory Rules

A one-month notice or one month’s fee in lieu of notice is required for the withdrawal of a student.
